As caring individuals, we may ask ourselves “What can I do to best help the largest number of people? Why should I?” A lot of people ask me how I got into such a unique profession, how this form of communication got started, how our products got their start.
As we all regularly should, toward the end of 1996, I asked myself the question, “What do I want to do with the rest of my life?” For me, it wasn’t unlike the situation that Tom Hanks’ character in the 1999 movie, “The Green Mile” was faced with. To see the similarity, you need some background:

Motivational stories are all around us. Some are well known because they’ve captured the attention of television, film directors or writers. However, there are many we’ll never hear about because people overcome and rise beyond their limitations all over the world and their experiences are not covered by the media.
I’ve run across several stories of heroism and living beyond limits lately. Maybe it is because of the holiday season as people tend to reflect on the past year, their own lives and what the future can be.

Dear Friend,
Who are you not to be?!!! You are born to make manifest the glory of the universe.
The power to make it happen is not only in some of us but IN EVERYONE. Including YOU. Yes IN YOU!!!
How do you feel or how will you feel to uncover the secrets of your desires.
It is every human’s ultimate desire to live the ultimate lifestyle. Living the life of your dreams.
The revelation of who you are, what you are made of, what you are capable of and how far you can go in life are the basic pillars in the structures of building a fulfilling, successful life.

Have you ever found yourself asking “How would (insert name) handle this situation?” One of the things I hear most from people, and that I notice about myself, is that when you get an idea about going after some cool goal, often it’s dismissed in a millisecond because you can’t imagine taking the steps necessary to reach it. Imagining something that doesn’t exist yet is a skill that very few people have… But it just may be the single most important factor or skill in living a happy, contented, and productive life.

“What would (name of a successful person) think about this? What would they do in this situation? Then why don’t I do that?” Picture in your mind someone who has already accomplished one or more of the very large goals or far off dreams you have. This should be a real person.
You see, in pursuit of whatever place we think we want to be, there are many people, dozens… maybe millions of them who have succeeded before us. And they hold clues. “Well, of course,” you say. “If I want to put a barn up, I have to learn how from someone who’s built one before.” “To be an accountant, I need go to school.” It’s “common sense,” as they say. But when it comes to reaching some “dream” we’ve had for a long time, common sense isn’t so common.

Most weddings would not be complete without the Best Man
or Maid of Honor to stand as witnesses. This honorary title
of Best Man comes to the groom’s best friend in life. This is
the truest friend he could ever have. This friend knows the
groom better than anyone and is loyal. Their friendship has
grown over the years because of trust. The best friend has
learned to respond to the voice of his friend and believes
what is told to him. This forms an unbreakable bond, they
are “brothers” so to speak.

Have you ever asked yourself; why do inspirational people in our society always seem to come from such adversity in their backgrounds? Either it is self-induced or they came from a very tough situation and sometimes both for instance the story of Rocky.
Have you ever noticed that inspirational speakers and authors always seem to come from adversity? Why is this? Well it is because they have a story to tell. And that is a story that some people can relate with and if they can overcome those supreme adversities then of course the rest of the population who has less adversity in their lives should be able to do the same.

“I would rather regret some of my failures in life
than to live my life failing to forget my
regrets.” GR
In other words, failing at something and getting
back up is much less painful than to look back and
regret not doing something (or doing something)
and not being able to go back and change the
outcome. Each one of us has failed at something in
life, some of us more than others. Some of our
mishaps we have forgotten, others may still be
eating away at us like a disease. I would think
it’s much easier to recall our failures in life
than to bring up some of our regrets we may have.
Neither failure nor regret can we change from our
past, but we can chose to heal our regrets.

What would your life be like if you lived each
event backwards? If you knew what was coming in
your life next how would you react?

Changing our day-to-day behaviors may be easier than previously imagined. By meditating on and repeating motivational and inspirational quotes, we are better prepared to change our thought patterns, behaviors and in turn, change our lives.
Here’s how it’s done.
If we believe something to be easy, we find little, if any struggle in accomplishing it. However, if we imagine something to be difficult to accomplish, then our struggle becomes more apparent. In fact, if we imagine that it is difficult to change a specific behavior, then we will always find experiences that will justify that belief.
